Job summary

Wolseley Group, Eastleigh Pipe Centre, is seeking a Deputy Branch Manager for a full-time, 40-hour week role. Based in Eastleigh, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and KPI performance, and uphold safety and quality standards within the branch.

As a Deputy Branch Manager based in Eastleigh , you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
• Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
• Focusing on sales and growth
• Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
