Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics in the UK is seeking a Depot Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers and ensure safe, efficient depot operations. You’ll manage dispatch, route planning, and adherence to GDP/MHRA standards and SOPs, while developing staff and maintaining service targets.

Ideal applicants have 2+ years in a supervisory or transport management role, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence.

• Strong understanding of GDP/MHRA knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading on recruitment, inductions, and new-starter training
• Providing driving cover when required

About The Role

As a Depot Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Leading a team of drivers and supporting day-to-day depot activities, you’ll help maintain the high standards our customers rely on while ensuring life-changing medications reach patients accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or transport management role
• Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous)
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Full UK manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Shift times are 06:00 am - 15:00 pm with reasonable overtime expected
