Job summary

Ringway London is hiring for a Depot Stores Coordinator based in Kings Langley. You will oversee the efficient operation of the depot stores, ensuring materials, tools, plant, PPE and consumables are received, logged, stored and issued accurately to keep maintenance teams supplied.

The role requires strong stock control, good IT skills, and the ability to work with suppliers and operatives. You will help maintain health, safety and environmental standards while supporting fleet and depot

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, depot or logistics environment.
• Good organisational and stock control skills.
• Ability to use computer systems for stock management and ordering.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Good communication skills with operatives, supervisors and suppliers.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of vehicle, plant and highway maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused approach to supporting operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient operation of the depot stores, ensuring materials, tools, plant, PPE, and consumables are received, controlled, stored, issued, and recorded accurately.
• Supports operational teams by maintaining stock availability, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, and assisting with fleet, plant and depot logistics activities.
