DPD Group in Dudley Port is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations. You will work with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers, building strong relationships and keeping the team engaged to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure depot target for Core Routes is achieved
• Ensure depot target SPR is achieved
• Set delivery and collection routes appropriately
• Ensure drivers scan and load vans safely and timely
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers to resolve issues
• Provide adequate resources for ad-hoc collections
• Complete documentation and systems per requirements
• Work to set KPIs including Service, Cost, Productivity, Transport and Health and Safety
• Ensure Depot Clear aligns with depot targets
