Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen depot operations management. You will lead a team of drivers, building strong relationships to ensure outstanding service and safe, efficient deliveries.

You will manage core route targets, SPR performance, and resource planning while maintaining clear communication and robust reporting. A fast-paced environment offers progression and development opportunities within the DPD UK network.

Responsibilities

• Achieve depot targets for Core Routes.
• Achieve SPR targets.
• Set delivery and collection routes.
• Ensure drivers scan and load vans safely.
• Maintain ongoing driver communications to resolve issues.
• Ensure adequate resources for ad-hoc collections.
• Complete documentation and systems in line with requirements.
• Work to KPI: Service, Cost, Productivity, Transport, Health and Safety.
• Achieve Depot Clear in line with targets.
