Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a busy service-led environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Experience handling payments and general financial administration.
• Good IT skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager, engineers and wider depot team.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, ensuring a professional and helpful service.
• Manage service paperwork, work orders, engineer time records, invoices and warranty claims.
• Support financial administration including payments, banking, petty cash and reconciliations.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, depot administration, groundcare repairs and customer collections/deliveries.
