Job summary

NRG Riverside Ltd. based in Widnes is seeking a Service Administrator to support the workshop at our Widnes depot. You will manage job cards, parts, invoices, compliance records and vehicle repairs, coordinating authorisations and keeping customers informed.

In this permanent role, expect detailed admin, accurate data entry, and timely communication with drivers and teams to ensure high service standards across the depot and fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role such as Service Administrator or Admin role.
• Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to prioritise.
• HGV industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record parts used by uploading onto RAMS and charge costs.
• Manage invoices and ensure pre-authorisation from customers.
• Open job cards before work and update customers on progress.
• Receive vehicle defects and forward to staff for action.
• Upload compliance documents and amend due dates in fleet system.
• Detail vehicle defects from drivers and process completion.
