Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Logistics security officer to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a safe environment for visitors and staff. The role involves depot patrols, acting as a visible security contact and supporting incident response.

The ideal candidate will have an SIA licence or be eligible for training, plus basic PC skills. A competitive pay rate and fixed shifts will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• 5-year checkable employment/education history required.
• SIA licence preferred or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Conduct patrols of the depot.
• Provide visible security contact for colleagues, contractors and visitors.
• Utilise CCTV to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Deter theft and ensure secure operations.
• Respond to on-site incidents and requests for assistance.
