Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking an experienced Depot Quality Manager to join the depot management team. You will drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across ISO, H&S and HR processes while ensuring audit readiness.

You will analyse operational data, coach office staff, coordinate training, and participate in internal and external audits. The role is Monday-Friday, starting 7:00 with a 15:30 finish, and salary circa £47k plus LWA and a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality audits and compliance in transport.
• Knowledge of CPC and O Licence requirements is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership in teams.
• Decisive and effective decisions under time pressure.
• Resilient, motivated and flexible with high organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and compliance within the depot by maintaining and improving standards.
• Analyse operations data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports; address non-conformances.
• Maintain a customer-first approach across depot operations.
• Review H&S, HR, ISO, Transport, Audits and Environmental compliance.
• Train and mentor depot staff on processes; coordinate training and on-the-job support.
