Job summary

phs Greenleaf is seeking an Operations Support Lead in Laleham, Middlesex (TW18 2ST). The role focuses on keeping the depot running smoothly, coordinating installations, stock, and daily operations while maintaining exceptional customer service and safety standards.

You will report to the Depot Operations Manager and support continuous improvement across the team. The position requires hands-on, proactive operations experience with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational, logistics, service delivery, facilities management, or field-based setting.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Depot Operations Manager in delivering outstanding service across the depot.
• Coordinate installation schedules, stock movements, deliveries and activities to ensure efficient service.
• Carry out site audits, quality inspections and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Manage plant stock, greenhouse operations and yard activities to meet customer needs.
• Support route planning, technician scheduling and daily team briefings to maximise productivity.
• Promote and uphold high health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Act as a key support for depot colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
