Balfour Beatty plc in Leatherhead is seeking a Depot Manager to lead On-Road operations on the M25. You will manage a team of Supervisors and Operatives, ensure safety, briefings, resources, and incident response.
You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and oversee inspections, RAMS, and depot facilities, while supporting winter operations and ensuring high-quality work across the network.
As a Depot Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of On-Road operation activities within your allocated area of the M25 network. Your leadership will ensure operations run smoothly, challenges are resolved, and targets are consistently met. Leading a team of Supervisors and Operatives, you’ll promote a safety-first culture where everyone is committed to doing their work in the right way. You’ll ensure teams are appropriately briefed, working efficiently, and have the right resources to succeed. You’ll also manage various inspection regimes, ensuring high standards of work are maintained across all activities, and you’ll contribute to incident management as part of the Silver Manager rota. Your effective leadership and focus on continuous improvement will support the long-term success of the M25, ensuring it remains safe, resilient and in top condition.
