Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English desirable; practical management experience valued.
• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities expected.
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing depot strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
• Manage customer relationships to provide high-quality service.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, safety procedures and certifications.
