As a Depot Manager, youll be responsible for efficiently managing depot resources, ensuring profitability, maintaining high levels of customer service, and upholding our stringent health and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Education and Experience : While a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is desirable, we value practical experience and a proven track record in management within a commercial business.
Skills and Abilities: You should be IT literate, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage conflicts effectively. Good time management, organisation, and problem:solving skills are essential.
