Harbourne Associates seeks a hands-on Depot Manager for the North West to lead a fast-paced service operation from Warrington. You will own the depot, manage workshop and field teams, and drive first-class customer service and operational performance.

You will develop your team, optimise workloads, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring health, safety and compliance in a market-leading service business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers or technical service teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Mechanical, engineering, industrial or service background.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure and make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of workshop and field-based engineers
• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the depot
• Planning workloads and ensuring a fast, efficient service for customers
• Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth
• Driving operational performance, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Managing stock, resources and depot performance
