Job summary

Harbourne Associates is seeking a hands-on Depot Manager to lead a fast-paced service operation in the North West. You will take full ownership of the depot, guiding both workshop and field-based engineers to deliver first-class service and resolve issues quickly, while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

You will build a high-performing team, develop capability, and ensure health & safety compliance, stock control and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers or technical service teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A mechanical, engineering, industrial or service background.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach.
• The ability to perform under pressure and make decisions quickly.

• Salary up to £40k - OTE £7k-£10k
