Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Depot Manager in the North West to lead a busy service operation. You will manage both workshop and field engineers and own day-to-day depot performance to deliver first-class service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a customer-first approach. You will drive service quality, safety, stock control, and relationships with customers while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers or technical service teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A mechanical, engineering, industrial or service background.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
