Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a Depot Manager for the Blackburn depot to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide a hands-on team, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure safe, efficient operations.

This leadership role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to coach and develop staff while meeting revenue targets and improving performance metrics.

As Depot Manager at our Blackburn depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
