Job summary

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a Depot Manager for the Kent depot to lead a local depot operation and deliver exceptional customer service while driving revenue and growth.

You'll be hands-on, build customer relationships, coach teams, manage budgets and resources, and report on performance to meet targets. The role offers ownership of your depot and a clear path to progression within the UK's largest powered access provider.

As Depot Manager at the Kent depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.

In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
