Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a Depot Manager for the Norwich depot to lead a high-performing, customer-focused operation and drive profitability and growth.

You will oversee local budgeting, people leadership and fleet management while maintaining safety and service excellence. The role offers ownership of depot performance, with a company car or cash allowance, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave and a pension, plus lifestyle benefits.

As Depot Manager at the Norwich depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
