Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a Depot Manager for the Cosby depot in Leicestershire. You will lead the local operation, drive profitability and deliver outstanding customer service in a hands-on leadership role.

Responsibilities include budgeting, team development, customer relationship management and ensuring safety and compliance across all activities at the depot.

As Depot Manager at our depot in Cosby, Leicestershire, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
