Nationwide Platforms Ltd. in Luton is seeking a Depot Manager to lead a local depot operation, driving customer service, profitability and growth. You will manage fleet, people and processes to deliver targets while fostering a culture focused on the customer at the heart of the business.

The role is hands-on and leadership-driven, offering ownership of depot performance and opportunities to develop talent within a supportive team across engineering, transport and sales.

As Depot Manager at the Luton depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
