Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is hiring a Depot Manager in Liskeard to lead a local depot operation, drive revenue and growth, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role is hands-on, with ownership of people, processes and performance, and requires a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to foster strong customer relationships. You will manage budgets, lead a high-performing team, and use data to drive decisions that improve profitability and service levels.

Job description

As Depot Manager at our Liskeard depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth. This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do. If you enjoy thinking like a business owner, spotting opportunities and making a direct impact on results, this could be the role for you. In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits - Discounts on selected high street stores.
