We’re seeking a Depot Manager to oversee our depot operations and support bases. Key responsibilities include ensuring health and safety, environmental compliance, and operator license adherence. Minimum requirements

• Experience as Operations Manager or similar in services or logistics.
• CPC Qualification.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Experience in people management and health and safety within unionized, multi-shift settings.
• Knowledge of environmental and health and safety legislation.
• Understanding of the local area.
• Capability to work with defined KPIs.
• Proven track record of operational improvements.
• Strong communication, planning skills, and team collaboration.
• Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths; A-Levels or a Degree are advantageous.
