Nationwide Platforms Ltd. Swansea depot is seeking an Depot Manager to lead a local operation, drive revenue and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll manage budgets, coach the team and build strong customer relationships while delivering profitable growth and safe, compliant operations.

You will own the depot's performance, use KPIs to drive improvements and create a culture where customer focus is at the heart of what we do. Salary from £45,000 DOE plus benefits.

As Depot Manager at our Swansea depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
