Air Products is hiring a PG Operator for our Bardon depot in the UK. You will safely control all depot filling activities, operate electrical motors and pumps, move cylinders, and support loading with a forklift.

You will also perform conformity checks on incoming and finished products and document processes accurately in a fast-paced production setting. You must be capable of issuing and following procedures, maintaining safety and quality, and contributing to continuous improvement while

Formación

• Forklift driving experience and clean safety record.
• Hands-on operational experience in high-safety environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Follow operating procedures to maintain safety and quality.
• Maintain high production standards to prevent contamination.
• Operate depot systems safely to support daily production and distribution.
• Identify and report faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Handle cylinders safely during loading/unloading.
• Inspect, clean, paint, label, and repair cylinders as required.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards at all times.
• Wear PPE in designated operational areas.
• Complete quality and process documentation accurately.
• Perform instrument calibration checks per procedures.
• Support investigations for products failing to meet spec.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety culture.
