Kelling Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the Major Repairs depot, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure cost-effective operations with high product availability.

You will manage stock, fleet, safety compliance, and engage with internal teams and external suppliers to drive improvements and new product validation. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential for sustaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior engineering or depot management role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor engineering depot staff toward high performance.
• Oversee stock availability, maintenance, and fleet operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage recruitment and inductions.
• Ensure H&S compliance and participate in H&S committee meetings.
• Drive process improvements and ISO compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations, HR, IT, and Technical Support.
