Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in transport/maintenance.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Safety-first approach aligned with regulatory standards (DVSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, technicians, cleaners, and apprentices to keep fleet safe and road-ready.
• Oversee maintenance/presentation of 84 service buses and 5 training vehicles.
• Manage depot plant/building maintenance, including safety compliance.
