Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking fitness-ready individuals to join the Fire Resilience Crew in Gloucestershire. This deployment-based role requires rapid mobilisation, front-line response, and professional representation of the company during critical incidents.

As a Casual responder, you undergo a paid 12-day training at the Fire Service College, followed by ongoing drills. The team operates nationwide with pay of £14.50 per hour during training and £24.00 per hour during deployment.

Qualifications

• Physical abilities including stamina, movement, strength, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deployable status through initial training and refresher courses.
• Respond quickly to designated UK emergency locations during deployments.
