Theisen’s Home-Farm-Auto is seeking a Department Lead to oversee your department and coach staff. You will delegate tasks, train on selling skills and product knowledge, and drive productivity while upholding Theisen’s Brand customer service standards.

In this full-time role, you will motivate associates, implement store strategies, mentor staff, and ensure merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution align with company directives.

Qualifications

• Must be a full time Theisen’s associate and have desire to grow within the company.
• 6-12 months retail experience preferred.
• Satisfactory NHPA test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Approach customers storewide and guide to merchandise.
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise and suggest add-ons.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and areas.
• Handle price quotes and orders with follow-up.
