The Knovia Group is seeking a Dental Tutor/Assessor to support learners and employers in remote and occasional travel environments. You will conduct online and workplace assessments, ensure paperwork is completed, and deliver timely feedback to help learners achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 Assessor and Training qualifications, experience in dental apprenticeships or diplomas, and the ability to work remotely while coordinating with a wider team.

• Minimum Level 3 Assessor Qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, V1, D32/D33).
• Minimum Level 3 Training Qualification (AET, PTTLS or equivalent would be advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular online and workplace assessments for Apprenticeship or standalone Diploma learners.
• Ensure the correct completion of all assessment paperwork; provide quality feedback to learners in a timely manner.
• Manage your own diary to maximise assessment opportunities.
• Carry out learner progress reviews with learners and their employer; travel to learner sites as required.

Location: Remote with occasional travel required

Salary: Up to £32,000 plus our going for gold bonus of up to £4000

As a Tutor/Assessor you will...

• Carry out regular online and workplace assessments for Apprenticeship or standalone Diploma learners.
• Ensure the correct completion of all assessment paperwork
• Provide quality feedback to learners in a timely manner
• Manage your own diary to ensure maximum assessment opportunity
• Carry our learner progress reviews with learners and their employer
• Support and prepare learners for their dental tests
• To promote and comply with all current and future equal opportunities, health and safety and safeguarding legislative requirements

What qualification we need from you...

• Minimum Level 3 Assessor Qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, V1, D32/D33)

Our ideal candidate will have...

• Experience in assessing Dental Apprenticeships or Diplomas
• Experience in teaching/delivering national diploma or advanced apprenticeships
• Experienced Dental Nurse
• Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively both in person and remotely with learners, clients and employers
• Ability to work independently and part of a wider remote based team
• IT literate - with effective use of MS Office
• Flexible approach and ability to work remote and travel when required to meet the needs of the learner and business
• 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service plus bank holidays)
