Harriet Ellis Training & Recruitment Group is seeking a Dental Workplace Assessor. The role involves planning and preparing for observations, conducting assessments in dental practices, and giving constructive feedback to apprentices and their employers.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to apprentices and their employers, using a variety of methods, including written reports, verbal feedback, and coaching.
• Maintain accurate records of observations and feedback.
• Send the written observations back to the Dental Educationalist in charge of caseload.
• Arrive promptly at each observation.
