Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Northampton is seeking a Treatment Co-ordinator to support patients throughout their dental journey, from consultation to completion. This full-time role (40 hours per week) uses a 4-week rota and involves guiding patients through treatment options while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The practice is modern, NHS and private settings are available, and staff benefit from ongoing training and development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical knowledge of dental treatments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain treatment plans clearly.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer-facing service.
• Proven stakeholder management with diverse groups.
• CQC/GDC registration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new private patients and those interested in specialist treatments.
• Confidently discuss treatment plans and associated fees.
• Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and improve practice efficiency.
• Act as a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practices.
• Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
• Maintain productive relationships with all members of the practice team.
• Support and deputise for the Practice Manager within the leadership team.
