Scottish Dental Care Group is recruiting a Clinic Manager for Gorbals Dental Clinic, a modern 3-surgery practice offering NHS and private care. You will lead a friendly, experienced team and take ownership of day-to-day operations to keep the clinic running smoothly.

The role involves overseeing staffing, rotas, meetings, and financial reporting, while ensuring excellent patient care and handling feedback with empathy and professionalism. A proactive leader with strong communication is valued.

Scottish Dental Care are excited to be recruiting for a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our fantastic team at Gorbals Dental Clinic - a modern, 3-surgery practice offering a mix of NHS and private dental care. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a well-established clinic, working alongside a lovely team of experienced and supportive associates, nurses and reception staff

You'll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly day-to-day.

You'll oversee key areas of financial administration, including NHS claims processing and monthly financial reporting. With patient care at the heart of everything we do you will address any feedback or complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.

On the leadership side, you'll oversee staffing levels, manage daily rotas, lead regular team meetings, and work closely with both clinical and non-clinical staff to support a positive and efficient working environment.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a clinical practice management role (dental setting preferred but not essential)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive, can-do attitude

• A passion for delivering excellent patient care

• Ability to lead and inspire a team

Hours of work:

Monday -Thursday 08:30am-5:30pm

Friday -08:30am -4.30pm
