Job summary

Zental, Barnet's premium private dental group, seeks a Treatment Co-ordinator / Premium Sales Executive to lead patient enquiries through conversion into accepted care. The role combines sales capability with warm, professional patient communication within a state-of-the-art private dental environment.

You will guide patients from initial contact through consultation, plans, and finances, collaborating with clinicians to tailor pathways and drive practice growth while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• High-end sales or customer-focused role experience.
• Proven track record of treatment conversion and meeting sales targets.
• Experience working to KPIs and target-driven metrics.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to discuss options and fees.
• Exceptional communication with a polished, professional manner.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• IT confident with practice management/CRM systems.
• Positive, motivated, commercially driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for new patient enquiries via phone, email, web, and walk-ins.
• Engage with patients to understand needs, present treatment options, build trust.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations, explain plans, fees, and finance options.
• Follow up on enquiries, treatment plans, and cases to maximise conversion.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey for continuity and satisfaction.
• Work with clinicians to translate recommendations into personalised pathways.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth strategies.
• Provide front-of-house and customer support when required.
