Dental Beauty Partners, Kingston, is seeking a Dental Receptionist for Saturdays 8:45 AM–5:15 PM, part-time. Join a vibrant, family-oriented practice.

You will handle reception, appointments with Dentally, payments, and patient service; 1-2 years' dental front-of-house experience preferred; Dentally software knowledge welcomed; training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a dental receptionist in private or mixed practice.
• Background in front of house, customer service or medical coordination acceptable.
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

*Part-Time Position - Saturdays 8:45AM-5:15PM*

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us on Saturdays at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area.

You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Sorabh Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
• Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
• To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
• If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
