Together Dental LTD in Great Yarmouth is recruiting a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the practice. You will manage bookings, greet patients, answer calls and emails, and support clinicians and the Practice Manager to keep the day running smoothly.

No prior dental experience is required, full training will be provided. This 34-hour weekly role offers GBP 12.80–13.50 per hour under a maternity FTC contract, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop within our growing

Formación

• Experience in reception, administration, customer service, healthcare or similar roles is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage appointments and maintain clinicians' diaries efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
• Assist patients with bookings, queries, and general information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR and company policies.
• Process payments and manage daily financial transactions.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Carry out general administrative duties as required.
