Job summary

MediCruit is recruiting for a Private multidisciplinary dental practice seeking a Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis. Working hours span Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month, with starting pay from £14 per hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have dental experience and strong interpersonal skills to guide patients through treatment plans and payment options. Role requires empathy, confidence in discussing plans and sales of treatment options, along with delivering

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage reception duties across clinics.
• Discuss treatment plans, financing options and practice offerings with patients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Deliver excellent patient service throughout the whole patient journey.

This Private multidisciplinary dental practice is seeking a Dental Receptionist to work on a Full time basis
Mondays- Fridays and 1 Saturday per month (first Saturday of the month)
Working hours: Monday 9-5pm, Tuesday 8-6pm, Wednesday 9-5pm, Thursday 8-5pm, Friday 8-5pm, Saturday 8-4pm
Rate of pay from £14ph, negotiable depending on experience and skills
Start date: ASAP, however they will consider a deferred period for the right candidate
All candidates must have previous dental experience (clinical and/or non-clinical) preferred.

Seeking a candidate with a high level competence of interpersonal skills necessary, demonstrating both empathy and confidence in discussing treatment plans, handling finance plans, practice treatment offerings and delivering a memorable customer service throughout the whole patient journey.

Practice information:
4 surgeries
Private practice, multidisciplinary practice i.e. general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry including composite bonding and whitening, Invisalign, Implants, Oral surgery, Endodontics.
Dentally software
Digital X-rays, OPT/CBCT Scanner, iTero Scanners x2, intra-oral cameras, dental microscope on site
The practice includes on site parking for patients, with free street parking for team
Moseley village train station is a 2 minute walk from the practice
