Job summary

Rowcroft Dental & Implant Centre in Stroud, Gloucestershire, is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our long-standing private practice.

You will manage appointments, answer calls, welcome patients, and support day-to-day reception tasks, with Mon-Thu 8:15am-5:15pm and Fri 8:15am-2:15pm. This full-time role has no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experienced within a dental reception or dental practice environment (preferred but not essential).

• Comfortable managing appointments and supporting the administrative side of the practice.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment patients contact or arrive at the practice.

You’ll be responsible for managing appointments, answering calls and enquiries, welcoming patients and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.

You’ll work closely with our friendly clinical and administrative teams, helping to ensure patients receive a high level of service and that the practice runs efficiently.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent position with no weekend working.

Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-5:15pm
Friday: 8:15am-2:15pm
