Job summary

Walker & Associates Dental & Implant Clinic in Faringdon is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our welcoming team. You will handle front-of-house duties, greet patients, and support booking and patient inquiries in a busy dental practice.

We offer full-time hours (42.5 per week) at £12.80 per hour, with a stable, patient-focused environment and opportunities to grow within a well-established practice. This role is based on-site in Faringdon.

Qualifications

• Front of house reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
• Positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised.
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in at reception.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient queries.
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming reception area.

About you

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
