Rowcroft Dental & Implant Centre in Stroud, Gloucestershire, is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our long-standing private practice.

You will manage appointments, answer calls, welcome patients, and support day-to-day reception tasks, with Mon-Thu 8:15am-5:15pm and Fri 8:15am-2:15pm. This full-time role has no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experienced within a dental reception or dental practice environment (preferred but not essential).
• Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with patients.
• Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy reception.
• Confident answering telephone calls and handling patient enquiries.
• Comfortable managing appointments and supporting the administrative side of the practice.
• A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Caring and passionate about providing an excellent patient experience.
• Proactive and keen to contribute positively to the practice.
