St Anne's Dental Practice in Lewes is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist for a permanent role in our private four-surgery practice. Pay is £12.71 per hour. Hours are Monday 8:00am–5:15pm and Friday 8:00am–4:15pm, totaling 16 hours per week.
You'll be the friendly first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, taking payments and maintaining patient records with SOE. Full training will be provided, including SOE system guidance, to help you fit smoothly into our team.

At St Anne's Dental Practice, we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team within our established four-surgery private practice.
We’re looking for someone with a great personality, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. If you’re a people person who enjoys making patients feel welcome and working as part of a close knit team, we’d love to hear from you.
Full training will be provided for the right person, including training on our SOE practice management software.
Monday: 8:00am–5:15pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Friday: 8:00am–4:15pm, with 30-minute unpaid lunch
Total: 16 hours per week

Previous dental experience would be advantageous, although not essential. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or another people-focused role, we would be very interested in hearing from you.
St Anne's Dental Practice is conveniently located with free on-street parking available nearby.
The practice also has excellent public transport links, with bus stops and the train station both within approximately 10 minutes of the practice, making it easily accessible for those travelling by public transport.
