Job Description

If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than The Square Advanced Dental Centre in Hale Barns.

• Up to 40 hours per week available, but 4 full days are needed, so 34 hours minimum.

When you come to The Square Advanced Dental Care as a patient, you have the reassurance of knowing that our dentists are General Dental Council registered specialists and have a background of working as hospital consultants. We sit at the cutting-edge of modern dentistry and are proud to have more than 100 years’ combined experience within the practice.

Our caring and ethical ethos underpins every aspect of the practice, and we look forward to welcoming a new Practice Manager to our team!

About You

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Experience of working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
• Experience managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.
