Job description

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bristol, Avon who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Available as soon as possible.

Notice periods are taken into consideration.

Full time opportunity – 40 hours per week.

Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.

Some late evenings & early mornings may be required.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

GDC & CPD costs covered.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager and have a strong dental background.

GDC registration would also be advantageous however, not essential for the right candidate.

You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed practice targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, understanding how to generate income and control costs, complaints handling, recruitment & managing KPI’s.

Practice Manager will be commercially minded, patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.

Recently refurbished 5 surgery, computerised SOE practice.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered
