Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a well-established, independent Hearing Care practice based in Exeter, Devon. The practice is committed to providing professional services to its patients, and thus, is looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, business acumen, and experience managing a clinical practice on a daily basis. Candidates with experience in healthcare environments such as Optical, Dental, or GP practices are preferred, but strong candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered if they demonstrate relevant experience.

Key Skills and Responsibilities include:

• Managing a large team of clinicians and support staff across 6 testing rooms
• Adhering to guidelines, policies, and procedures
