Job summary

Infinityblu Dental is seeking an experienced Patient Care Manager to lead our Patient Care Hub in Pitlochry. You will drive a patient-focused service, coordinate inquiries and referrals, and develop robust Hub processes across Infinityblu locations.

You will manage a busy, fast-paced environment, develop high-performing teams and continuously improve the patient journey, ensuring a professional, empathetic experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental patient care team.
• Strong understanding of NHS and Private dentistry pathways.
• Confident using SOE Exact and related dental practice systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Care Hub team and maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Oversee new patient enquiries, bookings, referrals and treatment enquiries.
• Develop and implement Hub processes, workflows and KPIs.
• Support treatment coordination and engagement across Infinityblu locations.
• Train staff to ensure consistent processes and exceptional patient experience.
