Job summary

Progress Recruitment is partnering with a leading global dental technology business to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland. You will own sales and relationships within the dental imaging/medical device sector, developing distributor partnerships while engaging directly with dental practices and clinical customers.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, build a robust distributor network, and lead product demonstrations, training and joint visits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' sales experience in dental/medical devices or capital equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience managing distributors or channel partners.
• Strong consultative selling and relationships skills.
• Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across UK & Ireland.
• Grow revenue, market share and customer penetration.
• Identify, onboard and develop distributor/channel partners.
• Deliver product and sales training to distributor teams.
• Conduct joint sales visits and customer meetings.
• Manage opportunities from lead generation through to close.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, trials and customer training.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Sales Operations.
• Support national campaigns, events and customer programmes.
