Cheam Village Dental Studios is seeking a warm, proactive Front of House & Patient Experience Coordinator to join our family-run private practice in Cheam. You will be the friendly face and voice of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued while supporting growth and smooth operations.

The role focuses on delivering an outstanding patient journey, coordinating appointments using Dentally, handling inquiries with empathy, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after.
• Coordinate appointments, diaries, cancellations and recalls using Dentally.
• Manage incoming calls, messages and patient communications efficiently; process payments and maintain records.
