Chester Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced Part-Time Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team in Chester. This role covers welcoming patients, managing appointments, and supporting patients through their treatment journey.

You will discuss treatment plans, finance options, and membership plans with patients, coordinating care in a busy practice. The position offers 3 days per week initially, with potential to grow to additional hours as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Dental Receptionist and/or Treatment Coordinator
• Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and membership plans
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Organised, proactive and confident working in a busy dental practice
• Experience with dental software is desirable
• A friendly, professional approach and a genuine passion for patient care
