Job summary

Impress is seeking a Clinic Director for our London clinics to lead performance, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional patient journey. You will own budgets, coordinate teams of clinicians and support staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.

With 5+ years in a similar role and dental industry experience, you’ll recruit, train, and motivate staff, optimize schedules, and partner with marketing to grow patient numbers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role (clinic/healthcare leadership)
• Experience in dental industry or cosmetic dentistry is a plus
• Strong people management and budget ownership required

Responsibilities:

• Own clinic performance within your area of responsibility.
• Communicate the company vision, motivate teams, and ensure strong team performance.
• Track daily and weekly progress on the sales plan and conversion rates for sales associates and doctors.
• Take ownership of clinic budgets and targets, monitor conversions, and create and implement improvement action plans.
• Build genuine connections with our patients to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and proper follow-up procedures.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns or issues.
• Organize clinic teams — sales, nurses, hygienists, and doctors. Ensure staffing needs are met and create schedules.
• Participate in hiring, training, feedback, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Participate in marketing activities, influencer visits, and photo shoots. This may involve videos for social media.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience at every stage of the patient journey.
• Ensure clinics look 100% amazing and maintain the highest NPS.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in the dental industry.
• Positive, curious, and enthusiastic.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM Management is a plus.
