Job summary

Impress seeks a Dentist to lead patient consultations, treatment planning, and delivering a world-class experience with cutting-edge technology. You will be part of a high-energy, international team in a rapidly expanding digital orthodontic clinic network.

The role emphasizes Invisalign-driven care, education, and collaboration with medical leadership to optimize outcomes across multiple clinics. Travel to other locations is required.

Qualifications

• Dental degree from an accredited university is required.
• GDC registration/licensing is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and determine suitable treatment plans while delivering a world-class experience for every customer.
• Perform consultations, 3D scans, follow-up visits, IPRs, and engager placement.
• Carry out fillings, dental hygiene, whitening, and other dental procedures as needed.
• Submit aligner diagnostics to the network and collaborate with the medical director on cases for production.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and maintenance of dental equipment.
